Pod coffee makers are arguably the most important thing to happen to coffee drinkers since Star Bucks. For those of you who prefer tea or are simply out of the loop, a coffee pods are singles servings of coffee that can be used in your coffee maker at home. They look a bit like overstuffed tea bags only without the string, which makes them incredibly convenient for coffee drinkers who like a variety of different coffee flavor and don’t simply want to settle for whatever is in the pot.

Automated pod coffee makers work just like a regular coffee maker, but instead of using a coffee pot you simply place your favorite mug under the coffee filter and wait for it to fill up.
Depending on the model you select, you can input your personal setting and get the same perfect cup of coffee every day. The other kind of model you might choose is a manual or press pod coffee maker. These devices tend to be much cheaper than

Once you have decided between an automated and a manual

The main reason why coffee lovers decide to take a look at pod coffee makers is because they are sick of having to drink stale and burnt-tasting leftover coffee. They want a cup that tastes like the first cup of coffee each and every time.
But not all people drink the same amount of coffee in the morning. Some like a super extra large java, while others are satisfied with a small. So before you decide on a machine, it is best to take a look at the water capacity of the reservoir. Many pod coffee makers only brew eight to ten ounces of coffee each time. But a few of
the larger models do brew up to sixteen ounces of java at a time.
Finally, if you are a person who pays attention the aesthetics of
kitchen appliances then pod coffee makers will not disappoint. Many models are sleek, even futuristic looking. Manufacturers do this deliberately because they want to set these new machines apart from the old, traditional coffee maker.
